Founded by Leyon Azubuike, a former defensive end at Temple University and US Nationals heavyweight competitor, Gloveworx combines technical boxing training with a diverse set of strength and conditioning exercises in a genuine and enthusiastic team atmosphere. In all Gloveworx sessions, you’ll work with real athletes that have been through every exercise you perform, expertly pushing you through a high-intensity circuit that includes one-on-one mitt work, heavy bag skills training, variable cardio, and core conditioning. Not only is this one of the most fun ways to get a great, full-body workout, but with each session you’ll also get a cardio-blast, stress-relief, and improved hand-eye coordination, quickly getting you in the best shape of your life.
