Our signature Hot Flow class is designed for all levels to truly detoxify your body, burn calories and stretch every muscle. Add some light weights and pump up the music for our high energy sculpt classes or try a varied and challenging vinyasa flow class. We offer yin to help you relax and unwind and don't forget our awesome fun in the sun Paddle Board Yoga classes! Bring your kids to kids yoga on weekends so you can enjoy your yoga class while they enjoy theirs!
