We are a family of gold miners who settled in the area to reopen old, historic mines, to let them breathe and live again. I come from a long line of incredible cooks and bakers in Texas. My skills and passion for cooking and baking are utilized as part of my contribution at base camps wherever we are mining seasonally. Now, I'm bringing that passion to our community... with my husband and kids by my side!

Our family is committed to supporting this special community. We are also very excited to share something we need here- fresh bread, melt in your mouth pastries, delicious food and addictive desserts! Who needs the city!? Hope to see you soon!
