We believe that a healthy, active, and satisfying life begins with how well we are nourished. GRK features primarily plant based dishes as well as carefully selected pasture raised animal proteins to offer customers an opportunity to curate their own weekly meal plan for ease and ultimate happiness. Creative menus inspired by international cultures are packed with fresh herbs and spices and change weekly. Operating with integrity and a holistic mindset, ingredients are organic highlighting seasonal produce and are always sustainably packaged. We only use meats that have been pasture raised and fed, fish that is wild, produce that is organic and whenever possible local to our community. We also source the best quality oils, ensuring they are fresh and undamaged, always properly matching our oils to the cooking temperature they need to endure avoiding the damaging oxidation we so often encounter in the marketplace.
