Golds Pirates Swim Team

At Gold's Gym Vacaville there are various swim team groups for all levels and ages. You can sign up for practices on Mondays through Fridays.

Sea Turtles are our beginners which must be able to swim half the length of the pool and practice for 30 minutes.

Dolphins must be able to swim 25 yards and they also practice for 30 minutes.

Sea Lions must be able to swim 100 yards and practice for 45 minutes.

Sharks must be able to swim 200 yards at a time and practice for 60 minutes.

Swim team prices range from $20-25 per month for practice once a week.

(We also offer an adult swim team that meets from 12:30-1:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is available for various adult swimming levels)
