An expert in comprehensive sports performance, Dr. John Gonet prides himself in providing athletes and families the highest level of professional strength and conditioning instruction, sports performance consultation, sport nutrition guidance, and sports injury care.

An athlete himself, Dr. Gonet is a former NCAA track and field athlete, former competitive natural bodybuilder, and a current Girevoy (Kettlebell Sport) athlete. He is member of the NSCA, ACSM, and the ISSN, and has worked with athletes ranging from middle school age to professional in a wide range of sports including; track and field, soccer, lacrosse, football, men’s and women's basketball, triathletes, natural bodybuilding, women's physique, powerlifting, and more.

Under his supervision, many of his athletes and clients have gone on to the collegiate level via scholarships, won state and class titles, were asked to join state and regional teams, or have won their respective classes and division titles during competition.
