The local owners, Natalie Fronczek and Sandy Gaalswyk, are dedicated to producing one-of-a-kind cakes and desserts using only the finest ingredients. It has resulted in a thriving business, and has established Goodies Cookies and Cakes as one of the most popular dessert shops in Tulare County.
