Gorilla Yoga

Gorilla Yoga is a fresh and exciting Yoga and wellness movement based out of Sterling, MA founded by Alex Julian. We believe that the keys to optimal health and an awesome lifestyle are balance, harmony, and integration. At Gorilla Yoga, we teach you how to balance out your Yin and Yang energies; how to harmonize with Mother Nature, as well as the Cosmos; and how to integrate your highest (most conscious) self with your inner gorilla (or other animal of choice). Although our teachings are profound, we make them accessible to everyone, as well as fun to practice.
