All flights arranged by Gotham Air, use FAA certified and DOT licensed air carriers that exercise operational control over the flights. Gotham Air arranges flights either as agent for its customer or the air carrier. All aircraft charter and shared aircraft charter services from FAA certified and DOT registered air carriers who exercise operational control over all flights.
