Gourmet Fit Kitchen has brought the concept of healthy eating to a traditional, sit-down restaurant setting and we pride ourselves in serving nothing but the best-quality food and drinks every single time.
We use USDA certified, steroid-free, hormone-free and free range poultry; angus, choice, organic and grass-fed meats; and non GMO produce. All dishes are made fresh to order by Chef Leonardo Motta with the highest-quality ingredients. To add flavor without compromising your health, we use only sodium-free seasoning, sea salt or Himalayan Pink salt. You can also enjoy a meal with a glass of organic wine, beer or some of our specialty drinks.

The açai berry is a superfood harvested from the riverbanks of the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil that is extremely rich in antioxidants and protein. We also have an Espresso Bar with organic syrups and exquisite organic coffee from Guatemala.
