Within our General Fitness Training, we will hit all 10 aspects of physical health. Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. Each workout builds on the one before and averages out to be apprx 30 minutes each day. We are capable of modifying each movement, dependent on individual needs, without compromising the intent of each workout. We safely guide our peeps each day to help them achieve their goals.
