“Real Bagels Swim.” Our authentic water Bagels are kettle boiled to give you the delicious big city flavor that you expect from a “real” Bagel. Our process takes time, and we don’t leave out any steps. We start with organic flour, add premium ingredients then shape. Chill overnight for some flavor. We boil and bake them fresh every morning.
