Grace Visiting Nurses

Established in 1981, Grace Visiting Nurses, located in Jacksonville, Texas, has improved health and empowered the lives of East Texas residents by providing home health services to those in need. With offices in Jacksonville, Lindale, and Palestine, we currently provide services to over 300 pediatric and adult clients in 28 counties.

As a Licensed and Certified, Licensed Home Health and Provider Assistance Services licensed home health agency, we offer a wide variety of services to our patients in the comfort and privacy of their homes. These services include nursing care, therapists, care attendants, social workers and more. Our affiliate, Grace Healthcare Services, offers medical equipment and supplies, which can be delivered directly to the patient’s doorstep.

As a locally owned and operated business, we are able to make decisions at a local level, and can adapt quickly as the industry and business environment changes. This has been a great benefit over the years as Medicare changes have required dramatic changes in the way we record the assessments of our patients, the way we report outcome data, and the way we bill for our services. We have the ability to respond to feedback from patients and staff quickly, and make changes to our processes as necessary, without the time consuming corporate red tape of other home health chains.
