Our volunteers and employees make quality products by hand, which are sold in our local community and beyond. Every purchase of our products goes towards GraceWorks and our mission to work together as a community to raise people out of the cycle of poverty, underemployment, and unemployment into a life of opportunity.

We began GraceWorks when several of us at Grace Church looked around our community and wondered where and how we could make a difference. The largest challenges in our community here in Hopkinsville are poverty, underemployment, and unemployment. We are aware that the cycle of poverty can become inescapable. There are a number of reasons that it can be very hard to find a job because of your past--a criminal record, an addiction, lacking a permanent home address, are just a few examples of the many barriers.

We founded GraceWorks because we believe that people deserve another chance. This community needs a place where people can take that first step towards having a stable job and life. We are a stepping stone. We offer an understanding working environment and a community of support where people can begin this journey.
