Gracie Combat Jiu-Jitsu Academy is the premier Gracie Jiu-Jitsu school in Ashburn, VA. Students at this academy train under world famous Relson Gracie. Our instructors teach Gi and No-Gi classes in basic MMA Jiu-Jitsu techniques, sport Jiu-Jitsu tecniques, hand to hand self defense, knife defense, gun defense, and club defense. We teach techniques that come directly from Relson Gracie and his legendary Father, Helio Gracie. Helio Gracie developed hundreds of self defense techniques that are extremely effective and can be used in any type of self defense endeavor. Students that are interested in MMA will receive specialized training that adapts the basic Gracie Jiu-Jitsu self defense tecniques to MMA situations. In addition to teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self defense, and MMA, we promote a healthy way of life that includes recommendations from the Gracie diet in addition to a structured workout regiment that develops muscle tone, cadiovascular health, confidence, and mental fortitude.
