Stephen Hampton graduated from Pennsylvania State University and received his law degree from The Dickinson School of Law. He moved to Delaware in 1986 and began working with John Grady. He has continued in the private practice of law with Mr. Grady since he came to Delaware. Steve is a member of the Delaware and American Trial Lawyers Association.

Anthony V. Panicola joined Grady & Hampton as an associate in March of 2016. Anthony has strong local ties having graduated from Dover High School, the University of Delaware, and Widener University School of Law. Anthony has almost three years prior experience working on personal injury and malpractice claims, and with our firm he will continue to handle such cases as well as cases in other areas including:


John Grady is a lifetime resident of Delaware, with roots in Kent and New Castle County. John is a graduate of St. Joseph's University and Georgetown University Law Center. He worked for Community Legal Aid for several years after law school and since then has been in private practice. He is a member of the Delaware and American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Grady retired the end of 2014, but still occasionally will work on will and estates for established clients.
