Under the watchful eye and creative mind of Executive Chef Tyler Baxter, grain. will offer an eclectic take on American comfort food. As the second restaurant for the group dubbed “The Bayou Boys”, the interior of grain. showcases their eye for detail and appreciation of the historic building. Having two floors to work with, they decided to separate the dining room from the bar.
