Instructors: Mother/Daughter team - Arleen & Anna Kovats
Location: Grand Valley Field House Gym 315 N. Maple St (Rt. 45)
Ages: 13 year old & older (girls and guys). Will need a parent/guardian to sign waiver release form if a minor.
Please bring a water bottle, handtowel (because you will sweat). If you have them, please bring an exercise mat & a set of dumbbells. (I do have resistance bands, mats, dumbbells & Steps.)
