Grandfather's Legacy Farms

Our story is one rooted in generations of farming and love of the land. We hope to carry on this legacy through our farming endeavor of pasture raised chickens and Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats.

We strive to farm with respect for the animals we raise. Our animals graze and frolic on pastures free from pesticides and herbicides. We produce healthy eggs from happy chickens who are free from chemicals throughout their life. Our latest challenge will be embarking on the joys of animal husbandry through the raising of Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats.

"I always thought somebody should do something about that, than I realized I was somebody."

This quote is what inspired us to build on our farming dream. As decade long vegetarians, we had opted out of the industrial meat production system knowing there was a more ethical, sustainable way. When we decided we were that "somebody", we took our homesteading adventure to a whole new level.
