Sergio Guzman
Executive Chef/Owner
Chef Sergio began his career in Meadowood Napa Valley where he worked there over 10 years. Later moved to Sonoma County where he worked in popular restaurants like John Ash and Co. Restaurant and helped open various Restaurants as executive chef. Restaurants like Costeaux French Bakery and Cafe in Healdsburg, and Boon eat and drink in Guerneville. Now with his skills and experience, Chef Sergio is ready to Open his very own restaurant.

Arturo Guzman
Manager/Owner
Arturo Guzman began his career as Chef like his brother Chef Sergio in Meadowood Napa valley for over 10 years. Unlike his brother, Chef Arturo decided to stay in Napa Valley working in popular and successful restaurants in the valley. Soon he moved to Sonoma County accepting an opportunity to run his own restaurant in Sebastopol as Executive Chef. A few years later Chef Sergio and Chef Arturo discussed on opening a restaurant of their own and decided to start a new chapter in their life to open Granja Restaurante y Bar.

Edgar Guzman
Manager/Bar Manager
Edgar Guzman son of Chef Sergio began working in restaurants at age 15,helping chef Sergio in private events, while studying to become a Mechanical Engineer. At age 18 after heading to college, Edgar was driven by restaurant business, food, and costumer service, Edgar continued in restaurants working as server assistant, server, and then as general manager. In the years he worked in popular successful restaurants like Costeaux French Bakery and Cafe, Healdsburg Bar and Grill, Mateo's Cocina Latina in Healdsburg, and Evangeline Bistro and Bar in Calistoga. Now with his father Chef Sergio and uncle Chef Arturo, Edgar and the team are excited to open Granja Restaurante y Bar this July.
