Class Descriptions
F.I.T. - Full Intensity Training
Leave your old school weight programs at the door. We’re not your typical gym and this is not your typical boot camp. Interval Training. Weights. Agility It’s all part of our F.I.T class and it’s here to challenge you! Every boot camp is different, and we work to switch up the normal routine. You may do 100 pushups throughout the course of a class on Monday, but Tuesday may be heavy on sprints and suicides. Looking for ab work? We’ll shred your six pack every day. Think boot camp isn’t for you? Try before you buy! Our members are men and women, from kids to 75. You’ll get out of it what you put in it, we’re just providing a training space and little motivation.

Group Power
A low to moderate weight, high repetition weight training class. It is pre-choreographed to provide high energy and exciting music with easy to perform moves to achieve a full body workout in one hour.

Step On It
Provides an intermediate step class for people who have step experience. The instructors put popular step moves to music to get your heart pumpin’ and your feet thumpin’.

Yoga
A class for stretching, toning and relaxing. An athletic class adaptable to any fitness level, Yoga at Peak Physiques will increase your flexibility, mental focus, balance and strength while releasing tension.

Downsizing Teens
This is a 45-minute class designed for overweight teens only. It is designed to create a non intimidating atmosphere to help these teens to be healthy and active.

Pilates
Don’t try this class unless you want to have better posture and a small waist! Pilates is non-impact movements that will strengthen you core muscles.

Zumba
Latin inspired dancing, designed for everyone! All exercisers from beginner to advanced will enjoy the benefits of this cardio-based workout with sculpting exercises to tone the entire body from top to bottom.

Spinning
An intense cycling class done on stationary bikes. You get the opportunity to use your mind and your body to overcome hill climbs, seated climbs, and sprints.

Sexy Butt + Legs
30 minute lower body class to help sculpt the butt & legs
