New family owned Organic Cafe' in town!

We, like many of you, find the word "Organic" being overly used as a marketing strategy these days; But all we needed was a couple of health "scares" pushing us towards researching ways to be healthier through the magic of food! More we learned, more we realized how much is really wrong with modern day farming and food distribution.

Our business Motto is "Eat. Heal. Love."
We carefully chose these words to reflect on the journey that took us here. You can read our story, which is somewhat long and outside the scope of this quick introduction, on our website being published on January 30th (the day of our Grand Opening).

After 6 Months of research, we are excited to showcase our colorful MENU:

-ORGANIC & FAIR-TRADE COFFEE & TEA
We picked out the best choices among the East Coast healthy eaters & brought them to the WestCoast. You will fall in love with the refreshing taste of our organic coffee selections and will find yourself meditating while drinking the Organic and pure tea. There are many varieties to choose from.

ORGANIC JUICES & SHOTS
Almost everyone now knows the healthy benefits of juicing! After reading a few new (authentic) articles stating that the only missing link in healthy juices is the fiber, we found a way to put the fiber back in the juice, which we call Fiber-juice! Having a glass of juice every day will simply change your life.

SMOOTHIES & BOBA
Love creamy smoothies and Boba drinks? Come in for a selection of natural fruits and veggies smoothies & add Organic Boba (Tapioca Pearls) to almost any drink of your choice for the Yummy gummy experience. Also try our beautiful parfait-style smoothies; ordering 2 separate smoothies & enjoy them all in one glass. :)

BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER
Our Small & cozy Cafe' is a home for all healthy food lovers. Whether your diet is "Regular", "Vegetarian", "Vegan", or "Paleo", we have something delicious and healthy on the menu for you!
Our cuisine-style food preparation will make you crave our menu even if you are not a healthy eater. There is so much taste WITHOUT ANY "frying, white sugar, deep cooking, etc...". Our main effort is to avoid all canned/preserved food and make everything from fresh ingredients on daily basis. And yes! even our healthy salad dressings!

DESSERTS
If you are like me and have a sweet tooth, then you will definitely love our Pastry options. Pick from verities of Regular, Organic, Gluten Free & Vegan options and complete your day with a little bit of a guilty pleasure; BUT a healthy one! :p
