We believe the best honey is natural honey, and happy bees make super awesome honey.We have 8 oz. jars up to 5 gallon buckets! This year we have our colonies at the Bloomery Plantation on their organic raspberries, some here in Harpers Ferry at the house, and some out at Walter Washington's historic property. We're aiming to have this season bottled in June. You can find our honey at Bloomery Plantation and Black Dog Coffee, or you can call us for a visit! We also grow tons of natural produce out in the garden, practice natural IPM provided mainly by our chickens who also provide us tons of eggs daily, and lots of apples, peaches and berries. Our first hog butchering will be done this December, and our registered GOS piglets should be here in Feb/Mar. We try to get back to basics and simplify things.
