The Commencement Achievement Program (CAP) ensures safe spaces that cultivate student success of historically underserved communities. CAP provides comprehensive educational programs of inclusion for First Peoples, immigrants, refugees & LGBTQ students. CAP leads culturally competent advocacy & collaboration with Veterans Services, DSS, Workforce Education, The Foundation & Financial Aid. CAP prepares students to be diverse leaders, critical thinkers and problem solvers; and to address issues of identity, empowerment, equity & inclusion in order to improve retention & graduation of all students.
