Great Bones

Great Bones was created by the Rasmussen family to introduce the positive affects of bioDenisty and Power Plate to all that want to be stronger, improve flexibility & balance. We love what we do. Each one of us has had our own positive experiences with these pieces of equipment and look forward to sharing those experiences with our clients. We always offer two free workouts to anyone who wants to try it out even if it is just for fun. We love sharing what we do with everyone.
