Who Are We
Great Wall is a family-owned Chinese restaurant located in Tuttle, Oklahoma founded by David and Amy Yang back in 2011. Our menu options range from the scrumptious Sesame Chicken to our exquisite Egg Rolls. Each specialty combines decades of cooking experience. We pick ingredients carefully and use only the freshest and most natural ones to prepare every dish, and have been trying to cook them in a healthier way to provide the most nutritious food.
Our Story
Chef David Yang was only 16 years-old when he discovered his passion for cooking. In a bold move in 1997, he immigrated to the United States to pursue a dream: create his own restaurant. But it wasn’t a dream he wanted to achieve alone. Amy joined him in this adventure overseas one year later. Finally, in 1999, the couple got married. David worked as a chef while Amy worked as a waitress in a different restaurant for ten years. In 2011, their hard work finally paid off; as a result, they moved to Tuttle, Oklahoma to open their own restaurant. Great Wall was no longer a dream or a distant future. It was now a reality and David and Amy couldn’t be happier.
Our Vision
Our vision remains as strong and determined as when we first started: to offer delicious Chinese cuisine using only the freshest ingredients to prepare every dish.
