HOW IT WORKS!!

We know fundraising is a tough job so let us do the hard work for you!

Once you decide to participate in the GW Fund Raising Program, determine your time frame and contact us to schedule.

Order forms (See example) will be shipped to your organization ready to begin selling. Remember to fill out all information such as salesperson, product ordered, and quantity ordered.

After you complete the sales effort of your fundraiser, complete the order forms and return to Great Western Products. Remember to ensure ALL information is legible and accurate.

Product will be shipped to your organization already marked with each salespersons' name affixed to the outer cartons. Some items may be consolidated within the same carton to make distribution easier and quicker.

We accept school checks, organization checks, cashier checks, and money orders. Please no personal checks.
