New York journalist Michael White launched our first site, GreaterPatchogue.com, on July 1, 2015, after 15 years in newspapers — and 3 and 1/2 months building the site out of his bedroom.

Mike was a staff reporter at a daily newspaper in Maryland, as well as the New York Post and the Daily News. He then served for seven years as editor at two weekly newspapers on the East End of Long Island.
