What we offer:
If you are an solopreneur, entrepreneur or an organization that needs part time office space then we are the solution for you! We offer co-sharing space, physical and virtual office space. One of our goals is to provide sustainability at work, and healthy and collaborative office spaces, promoting collaboration among businesses and organizations resulting in an easier way to work, connect, learn and grow by leveraging each other’s ideas and share activities and services.

Our Commitment:

Green Hive is the hub of sustainability in Solano and the building has been designed to maximize sustainability performance. We encourage our tenants to practice the following:

Transportation – Multi Model Transit

Biking – We use alternative transportation, including biking. There are locked and secured bike
Station – We are located in the hub of the Public Transit System within walking distance of ferry and bus service
Energy Efficiency – Consider Your Footprint

We turn off monitors when we leave our desks.
We power down computers at the end of the day.
Recycling and Composting – Minimize Your Waste

Single-stream recycling and compost bins are located throughout the building to minimize waste going into landfills.
eRecycle (electronics) recycling events are regularly coordinated based on needs.
Water Efficiency

We are conscious not to let water run in the kitchen or restrooms, and have tools such as aerators and motion sensors to reduce water consumption. One gallon flush toilets, waterless urinals and low flow fixtures are standard.
