Small One Bedroom- 700 sq. feet- Kitchen w/ stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, living/dining room, linen closet, bathroom, and bedroom w/ a closet. Rent is $515.00 per month which includes cable, water, sewer, and trash. Security deposit is $515.00.

One Bedroom- 750 sq. feet- Kitchen w/ stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, living/dining room, coat closet, bathroom, and bedroom w/ a closet. Rent is $535.00 per month which includes cable, water, sewer, and trash. Security deposit is $535.00.

Large One Bedroom- 800 sq. feet- Kitchen w/ stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, living/dining room, large coat closet, washer/dryer hook-up, washer and dryer, bathroom, linen closet, and bedroom w/ 2-3 closets. Rent is $620.00 per month which includes cable and trash. Security deposit is $620.00.

Two Bedroom- 950 sq. feet- Large Kitchen w/ stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, living/dining room, washer/dryer hook-up, coat closet, bathroom, linen closet, hot water heater closet, bedroom with one closet, and bedroom w/ 2 closets. Our apartments are all electric.

We normally do a 1 year lease, but we can do a 6 month lease for an extra $25.00 per month.
