Greenlake Martial Arts has been teaching Tsun Jo® since 1980 Our direct, effective approach to martial arts is designed to give students practical skills they can apply in real life, not just in the classroom. This is the next level of training, this is the Evolution of Martial Art.

In addition to a functional self defense system, the instructors at Greenlake Martial Arts also feel cardiovascular health should be a priority in anyone's workout. Before training on specific technique, each class includes warm up exercises to stretch and strengthen the body. Then comes "Rounds Training" - a fast paced, anaerobic/aerobic workout using a variety of punching and kicking bags.

By combining self defense, standing grappling (chokes, joint locks, etc.), ground fighting, weapons training, a great cardio workout and mental and physical preparedness, Greenlake Martial Arts offers a well balanced, comprehensive training experience for everyone. With top rate gear and equipment, flexible class times and small class sizes, you can get the most out of your martial arts training, when it's convenient for you.
