Welcome to Greentree Cottage, a vacation home located in Guerneville, California and a short drive to Rio Nido and Ducan Mills. Spend your vacation enjoying all this area has to offer: shopping, restaurants, movies, churches, public river beaches, as well as canoe and kayak rentals. A neighborhood beach is a short walk (couple blocks) from the house. Plenty of outdoor activities for the active vacationer!

This charming cottage was recently renovated with a modern twist. Discover a secret garden as you enter Greentree Cottage complete with a giant Japanese maple, flowing fountain, flower borders, outdoor dining, BBQ, and new decks with a relaxing hot tub complete this relaxing space. Inside, you will find the cottage fully furnished with a leather sofa/sleeper, and matching chair nestled in front of the wood burning fireplace. Entertainment options include a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and a BOSE Blue-tooth enabled sound system. The cottage is sophisticated and cozy.
