Greg Mason, Landman

Greg Mason is a licensed Texas real estate broker specializing in land investment and residential and commercial real estate in and around East Texas. A resident of Athens since 1999, his experience and knowledge of the Henderson County area is a direct benefit to his clients. Greg is active with commercial real estate opportunities statewide. While working in commercial and investment banking as well as co-founding a full service automotive repair company with 24 locations, Greg was able to develop an extensive network of contacts in the real estate and financial fields.

From 1992 thru the mid 2000's Greg served as Business Development Director for City Garage, a privately owned automotive service company. City Garage began with a single store in Plano and grew to 24 locations throughout D/FW. Greg's responsibilities included land acquisition, municipal approval, construction permitting, contractor relations and occupancy compliance as City Garage built locations from the ground up. Greg also served as Marketing Director for the company during the 14 years.

Greg Mason's real estate experience includes property management, property rehabilitation, subdivision, agricultural exemptions, tax advantaged purchases as well as commercial and residential sales and brokerage. His office manages McMailler, LLC as well as Grejones, LLC.

Greg received his Bachelor's Degree from Lamar University in Beaumont and a Graduate Marketing Certificate from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He is a graduate of the Episcopal School of Dallas. He has also logged over 1,200 classroom hours in advanced real estate education in order to better guide his clients in all aspects of real estate transactions from finance, to appraisal and investment details.

Greg is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Realtors Land Institute and American Association of Petroleum Landmen.
