Grey Block Pizza is a new offshoot from the creator of Abbots Pizza. Both our locations were formerly Abbots Pizza and the change occurred as it became obvious that it was time to recognize that the world is changing all around us and in order to continue to thrive as a business for another 17 years and beyond we must look ahead and constantly thrive to stay in touch with the trends and forces that shape our business in the future and get ready for it while retaining the very qualities and attributes that cannot be moved by the sands of time. Grey Block is the culmination of nearly 25 years of making pizza and 17 years of ownership as Abbots. Grey Block Pizza is not about the name or the look its about the food and the customer service. Its about the quality and value you can only experience in something that is home grown and co extensive with the community its grateful to serve. We are going high tech as it makes us more accessible and faster at communicating and meeting the needs of our most valuable resource, our customers. Some of the recepes are tried and true and only thing changed is the name, others are so subtle that hopefully as a connoisseur of gourmet pizza you will notice the increase in quality, and others are just a bold continuation of an individuals inability to compromise on creating the best possible pizza he can. This is NOT a new start up or some fly by night pizza shop this is the thoughtful culmination of our passion and the next stage in our evolution! We hope that you notice the changes.
