Grey Gables Bed and Breakfast Inn

Located in Sutter Creek, "the nicest town in the gold country", the Grey Gables Inn has 8 elegantly decorated guestrooms named for English poets such as Byron, Browning, and Shelley. Rooms are furnished with authentic antiques and each has a/c, a fireplace, and full private baths, some with classic clawfoot tubs.
In true English tradition, there’s afternoon tea and cake, as well as evening wine and hor d’oeuvres that have become a bed and breakfast tradition.
A gourmet breakfast is served, featuring Sue’s ever-changing array of culinary creations with an English flair. Guests may enjoy the meal in the relaxed social atmosphere of the dining room, or in the privacy of their own room.
