Although residents of the Capital Region for nearly 30 years, they have just recently acquired this home. Both work as Realtors in the area and very much enjoy working on what is the always ongoing project that is Grey Gables. We do live in the left side unit of this property and take great pride in caring for and renovating this beautiful home. Many Saturday mornings are spent exploring estate sales and antique stores looking for that perfect treasure that might fit into this ever changing project! Every time you visit you can expect to see something new somewhere on the property. Gardens are a beginning work in progress and a happy project for the owners. Between them, Mike and Kim have 7 children and 3 grandchildren scattered about the country, as well as one feisty Jack Russell who you may see wandering around the house or napping on the porch.
