Grey Owl Mind-Body Studio opened its doors in June 2017 with the mission to provide a welcoming space for education, transformation and restoration.
We offer a variety of yoga styles such as beginners, hatha (all level movement), yin, restorative, vinyasa flow and are excited to also provide aerial yoga (where a nylon fabric hammock is used as a prop).
For those looking to further target the mind, energetic and emotional dimension, our curriculum includes tai chi qigong and meditation.
Whether you are enjoying a cup of tea in the lobby, meditating in our zen room or experiencing weightlessness in a hammock, our goal is for you to feel at home and comfortable.
