Many decades ago, Dr. Grimsley was a very important leader in the medical community. He saved many lives, both young and old. His vision were considered to be breakthrough medicine of that era. But slowly, time caught up to Dr.Grimsley and left him and his ideas behind. His practices no longer were considered modern. They were... Barbaric in nature... Teetering on sadistic.

Throughout the years, he slowly began to go mad with the pace at which modern medicine was moving and his lack of knowledge in the new practices. He just wanted to help people. So he found new patients. Some were willing and unknowing of his past, most were not.

Dr. Grimsley found an abandoned facility and continued to practice his brand of medicine on those that got too close to him. His home transformed into a kind of Sanatorium for those he deemed in need of his twisted practice of medicine. Another section is that of where his victims went to die. Bodies twisted and broken by his failed experiments. Souls trapped forever in his home.
