Before Grit Gym. I knew people deserved better. They deserved a higher level of expert. Higher talent and skill of coach. And they deserved a place where they could be SAFE to express and explore who they really are. Not the facade of who they are, but the internal focus of who they are AND how they want to be living their life.

In 1997, my grandma gave me a strength and conditioning book after watching me lift weights with anything I could find. It was an explosion of realizations and ideas to experiment with. This turned into an obsession of curiosity. Since then, I've read hundreds maybe in thousands of books on exercise, nutrition, and mindset. Had multiple coaches to teach me what they know. Worked with professional, olympic and division 1 coaches who are considered the top of the tops of their field.

So we created an atmosphere and a culture where people could get the best of the best service to help them with their needs, goals, and wishes of living the most incredible life possible.

We all have obstacles in the way of the life we want to be living.
