HOURLY ROOMS (by appt. only) with PA & Backline* and Air Conditioning.

Room 9 - SMALL
- 17' x 14'
-for up to 5 people
- $30 for 2 hours (2hr min.), $10.00 each additional hour

Room 3 & 7 - MEDIUM
- 17' x 17'
- for up to 7 people
- $35 for 2 hours (2hr min.) + $10 each additional hour

Room 10 - LARGE
- 28' x 18' with 12' vaulted ceiling
- for up to 18 people
- $40 for 2 hours (2hr min.), $15 ea. additional hour. $25/hour for groups of 10 or more.
- Drum riser: 8' x 8'
- Mirrors, 60's chandeliers, faux fur and ornate rugs on walls
- Great for concert rehearsal and tour set-up/break-down practice.
- Also available for photo shoots and filming... **Call for Daily Shoot Rates**

Drummers need to bring: Sticks and Cymbals!
- Rent a Cymbal set available for $10.
- We have (but suggest bringing) snare drum, seat, and kick pedal.
- Vater Hickory 5A drumsticks for sale: $5/pair

RECORDING SERVICES:
We have several tenants who offer recording services within our studio and have affordable rates. Average is $50/hour. Call us for info and we can recommend one that fits your needs.
