All Jiu-Jitsu classes are Monday - Thursday

Kids Jiu-Jitsu 4:15- 5:00

Adults GJJ Fundamentals 5:00 - 6:00

Adult Open Rank class 6:00 - 7:00

The fundamental class is strictly the basics of Gracie Jiu-jitsu self defense and is required to advance rank in the system.

While the Open Rank class is basically an expansion of the fundamental techniques along with some more advanced techniques and is open to all belt ranks.
