Guardian Krav Maga

Located in Hercules California, Guardian Krav Maga is a small family owned gym that provides Krav Maga instruction, fitness classes, and personal training. We strive to empower our students with the skills needed to protect themselves and their loved ones and believe that self-defense training should be accessible to all people regardless of previous martial arts experience or physical ability. Our classes are taught in a safe and welcoming environment and we push our students both mentally and physically to meet their fitness goals. We believe that mental training is just as important as physical conditioning and technical skills and we utilize drills that mimic real world scenarios to build confidence and awareness.
