We've been supporting students' growth toward optimal health for nearly 30 years, by allowing students to progress at their own pace while providing attentive guidance.

We also offer private yoga sessions and physical therapy appointments, should you need specific help dealing with orthopedic problems, athletic injuries, or chronic pain (especially knee pain, back pain, and shoulder pain). These sessions may include exercise prescription, posture and alignment advice, biofeedback, and various hands-on treatments, and they may be covered by health insurance.
