We each hold within us the stories of our lives: these stories live in our muscles, our blood, our very DNA. Not only do we hold our own stories, we also hold the stories of the men and women who came before us, our biological and environmental ancestors and all that they have passed down through the generations. We are also each influenced by the stories of our culture and society, what we see and hear in the media and from our neighbors. Often all these stories become blurred and intertwined and we may lose sight of what is truly our own beliefs and values and what are those of others. Symptoms that may occur when we lose sight of our true self are anxiety, anger, frustration and even depression.

I guide women in sorting through these stories, to connecting more fully to their own truth, to their breath, to their bodies and to their Whole Self: body, mind and spirit.
