12 Week Weight Loss Club

This 12-week program is specifically designed to get you to shed the pounds, drop the unhealthy habits and get you feeling the best you’ve ever felt! Each class will start with a 5 minute dynamic warm-up, 35 minute workout, and 5 minutes of stretching while we discuss ways to take on healthy new habits and rid yourself of any negative thought patterns to get you not only sweating your way to fit but also thinking your way to fit!

In the 12 week program you will: Gain confidence – Lose weight – Have more energy – Sleep better – Learn what foods to buy and what to avoid – Become the person you want to become!

In this 12 week program we will: Take measurements every 4 weeks – Keep a food journal – Take a grocery store tour – Meet with a nutritionist - Have fun!
