Our Better Body Boot Camp is filled with fun and effective classes suited for everyone. We post the classes were having every wednesday night, to make sure everyone is able to try every class we rotate them each week. Hours of operation are on the web at gymratsfit.com. ANNIHILATE: Do you have what it takes to make it through this routine? For sure to leave your heart pounding and leave your legs trembling and weak in the knees. Lets see what your made of! From leap frogs to high knees to lunges and rotating squats to name a few of the exercises in the aresnal of this routine. F.I.E.R.C.E:
( FIGHT, INTENSITY, ENDURANCE, RESISTANCE, CARDIO, EXERCISE ) Our most diverse routine with Muay Thai Kick Boxing, functional movements, kettlebell training or resistance band training, battle ropes, slam balls, or poossibly weighted endurance speed sack and high intensity interval training ( HIIT ). A great workout!!!!!!

FULL BODY KETTLEBELL WORKOUT:
Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness – endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. People love it because it's challenging, efficient and you only need one piece of equipment. Come give this routine a try!

CORE MELTDOWN: THE REMIX
The same great routine with some new exercises! This routine is a full on onslaught against your midsection leaving unwanted body fat and calories begging for mercy. Complimented by our HIIT training this routine is a recipe for success.

G.A.L
You asked for it, so its back! G.A.L! Glutes, abs, legs is exactly what this routine is all about. From sumo squats to mason twists and donkey kicks. This routine hits these problem areas like a speeding freight train. Complimented with our HIIT ( high intensity interval training ) training this routine will do its job.

FULL BODY BLAST:
Head to toe workout using functional movements and resistance band training with cardio and HIIT.
