Biography: Pascale Dellefield, is a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist in San Diego, CA for 10 years, and continues to work in the mental health field. Pascale is also the sole proprietor business owner and artist of Health & Peace Greetings born on January 08, 2014. She grew up in the United States, France, and Beirut, Lebanon during times of war. Lebanon is the the country where she was born in 1975 at the start of the War, although there had been tension in the country building up to that year. Pascale outlook on life is that she is very fortunate to have been exposed to diverse cultures, ways of living, diverse levels of safety (having experienced war times and times of peace at different ages and periods in her live). Pascale is also proud to have served in the USA Army National Guard for the 3 years, and now is a veteran with an honorable discharge. Pascale has lived within different economic brackets and status due to frequent travels, conditions, available resources, & exposure to war, peace, & discrimination. Pascale is confident in her ability to say that she has traveled a difficult journey towards healing and the ability to forgive learned to open her heart and forgive others. she has learned to embrace her emotional suffering and also to a free herself from much of her suffering. This has taken many gurus, spiritual advisors, foes, painful lessons, difficult conditions beyond her control, blind spots, and mistakes. Today, Pascale has a deep appreciation for peace, love, multicultural diversity and unity amongst people; The values that H & P Greetings stand for.
