Habu Coffee is a family affair. Three brothers, two of which are active duty Marines, and one who toiled within the coffee industry, coming together to build something bigger than just a coffee company. Habu Coffee is a way to bring the skills, experience, and passion of these three boys together for a cause; supporting the veteran community, and building awareness surrounding the needs of our underserved veterans. The organizations Habu supports change from time to time; however, the core message never falters, giving thanks and support to those men and women who have dedicated a part of themselves to the protection and service of the American people through joining our armed services, both past and present.

Our coffee is sourced either directly from a farm or co-op at origin or we use a reputable importer that shares the same values with regard to both quality and sustainability. Domestically we want to contribute to the care and assistance of our veterans, and abroad we want to ensure those who dedicate themselves to providing the world with coffee are taken care of.

Our roasting philosophy comes down to each crop we encounter individually, we choose to focus on the strengths that a specific bean embodies rather than trying to fit it into a predetermined box. Our blends are all created post roast allowing for these unique characteristics to align with one another to build a better balanced cup of coffee. Because of this our offerings will rotate periodically, but the emphasis is always on providing the best cup of coffee for every style of coffee drinker.
