This 100+ year old Dam sits on sacred Cherokee land. It's known as the 6th most haunted place in Tennessee. Tours include use of paranormal equipment, by tour participants. Come on a real ghost hunt. These tours are $30 per person with group discounts.These tours last approximately two hrs. 4 hr. mini- investigation is $50 per person. We also have overnight paranormal investigations Sunday thru Friday for $300 for a group of 6 each additional person is $45. Saturday overnight investigations are $500.00 for a group of 5 each additional person is $60.
