Hammond Beach

Welcome to the official site of Hammond Beach in Cornwall, CT. We are gearing up for our 2017 Season! Opening day is: June 16th! We will be open through September 4th. Stay tuned for information on our summer programs including: Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Music Nights, S'mores Nights, Watersports Day and MORE!

Membership to the beach is easy and affordable for all Cornwall residents. There are two ways to get your beach pass:

1) Via Mail by sending a check made out to "The Town of Cornwall" in the amount of $20 for a family pass or $10 for an individual pass. Please include a note giving your name and Cornwall street address (or name of property owner if you are renting) and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

2) In person at the Cornwall Town Offices:

Hours: Monday through Thursday 9:00am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:00pm. Closed for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
